摘要
目的探讨中药穴位敷贴配合推拿护理在小儿泄泻护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月苏州大学附属儿童医院中医科收治的100例泄泻患儿。所有患儿均实施小儿推拿配合中药穴位贴敷治疗,按随机双盲法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿实施中药穴位敷贴配合推拿护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐、腹痛、腹泻和发热等症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P值均<0.05)。观察组家长满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴配合推拿护理的应用对患儿泄泻症状有加速缓解的作用,可促使患儿治疗效果得到提升,也可显著提升医院护理服务质量。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with massage nursing in the nursing of pediatric diarrhea.Methods 100 children with diarrhea admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Children s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.All children were given massage combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea and fever in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The parents satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric diarrhea,the application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage nursing can accelerate the relief of symptoms,which can promote the treatment effect of children,and significantly improve the quality of hospital nursing service.
