摘要
目的分析小细胞低色素性贫血对糖代谢异常患者HbA1c检查的影响。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月接诊的糖代谢异常患者78例,根据是否合并小细胞低色素性贫血分为观察组(单纯糖代谢异常)与研究组(合并小细胞低色素性贫血),各39例,并同期选取健康体检者40名作为对照组,就3组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)检测结果进行分析。结果对照组Hb(142.74±12.75)g/L、MCV(93.85±2.85)fl,观察组为(141.52±13.54)g/L、(93.28±3.01)fl,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与研究组患者Hb(94.85±14.76)g/L、MCV(78.12±6.24)fl明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组HbAlc(6.67±0.87)%、FPG(9.08±2.47)mmol/L与对照组(5.48±0.24)%、(5.27±0.41)mmol/L相比明显提升,但低于观察组(9.78±2.01)%、(10.48±3.17)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小细胞低色素性贫血对糖代谢异常患者的HbAlc指标具有一定影响,不能预测其机体血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the influence of small cell hypochromic anemia on HbA1c examination in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods Conveniently selected 78 patients with abnormal glucose metabolism admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into observation group(simple glucose metabolism abnormality)and study group(combined small cell hypochromic anemia)according to whether they were combined with hypochromic,39 cases in each case,and 40 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group at the same time,and the results of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),hemoglobin(Hb),mean red blood cell volume(MCV)of the three groups were analyzed.Results Hb(142.74±12.75)g/L and MCV(93.85±2.85)fl in the control group,and(141.52±13.54)g/L and(93.28±3.01)fl in the observation group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),while Hb(94.85±14.76)g/L and MCV(78.12±6.24)fl of the study group were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);HbAlc(6.67±0.87)%and FPG(9.08±2.47)mmol/L of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(5.48±0.24)%,(5.27±0.41)mmol/L,and lower than the observation group(9.78±2.01)%,(10.48±3.17)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypochromic microcytic anemia has a certain effect on the HbAlc index of patients with abnormal glucose metabolism,and cannot predict the blood glucose level of the body.
