摘要
将2000~2020年CNKI期刊全文数据库中477篇物流企业营销相关文献作为研究基础,借助可视化软件的知识图谱共现功能,绘制作者共现、物流企业营销研究关键词共现等知识图谱,结合聚类结果和词频突现情况,分析物流企业营销研究领域的研究现状、归纳国内相关研究演进路径,研究热点集中于营销策略、物流企业与营销的关系、第三方物流企业、数字化背景下的创新及问题与对策分析等;研究前沿集中于关系营销、服务营销和营销策略上;作者发文具有独立性,合作关系较少。
Taking 477 articles related to logistics enterprise marketing in CNKI journal full-text database from 2000 to 2020 as the research basis,with the help of the knowledge map co-occurrence function of visual software,the knowledge maps such as co-occurrence of authors,co-occurrence of institutions and co-occurrence of keywords in logistics enterprise marketing research are drawn.Combined with clustering results and word frequency,the research status of logistics enterprise marketing research field is analyzed,and the evolution path of domestic related research is summarized.The research focuses on marketing strategy,the relationship between logistics enterprises and marketing,and third-party logistics the research frontier focuses on relationship marketing,service marketing and marketing strategy.Institutions and authors have independence and less cooperation.
