摘要
对高职院校现代学徒制背景下的师徒关系构建进行研究。通过分析学徒制中师徒关系的变迁、师徒关系转变的特征,对高职院校的师徒关系构建提出了建议,强调构建师徒关系的重要性,旨在为社会培养出更多的高技能型人才。
The research explores the master and apprentice relationship under the background of modern apprenticeship in the higher vocational college.Through the analysis of the change of master and apprentice relationship in apprenticeship and its characteristics,the research proposes suggestions for the master and apprentice relationship construction in the higher vocational college,i.e.to emphasize on the importance of apprentice relationship,in order to train more high skilled talents for the society.
