摘要
借助紫外吸收光谱检测易操作、灵敏度高的特点,对本科生实验教学中银纳米片的合成及紫外可见光谱分析这一实验项目进行改革,并探究保护剂的种类和用量对银纳米粒子合成的影响,为拓宽此实验项目教学的途径提供实践基础。
With the advantages of easy operation and high sensitivity of ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy,the content of the experimental project“Synthesis and Ultraviolet Visible Spectroscopy Analysis of Silver Nanosheet”in the teaching for undergraduates was reformed.The influence of the types and dosages of protective agents were explored for synthesis of silver nanoparticle.It provides a practical basis for broadening the teaching methods of this experimental project.
