摘要
目的探讨改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通在心内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月心内科收治的50例患者为对照组,另选2019年2月至2020年5月心内科收治的50例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组将改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通用于护理管理中,均由本科室20名护士完成护理。比较两组患者住院期间的不良事件发生情况、ICU入住率以及护理满意度,比较两组护理人员的综合能力、病情观察能力及沟通能力评分。结果观察组患者住院期间的不良事件总发生率及ICU入住率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的团队协作能力、分级护理、专科护理、专业知识、病情敏感度、病情观察能力及沟通能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通用于心内科护理管理可减少患者不良事件发生率与ICU入住率,也能提高护士综合能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of improved early warning score combined with standardized communication in nursing management of cardiology department.Methods Fifty patients admitted in the cardiology department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as control group,and 50 patients admitted in the cardiology department from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as observation group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group used the improved early warning score combined with standardized communication in nursing management.All patients were cared by 20 nurses in our department.The occurrence of adverse events during hospitalization,ICU occupancy rate and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups,and the scores of comprehensive ability,condition observation ability and communication ability of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events during hospitalization and ICU occupancy rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of team cooperation ability,graded nursing,specialized nursing,professional knowledge,condition sensitivity,condition observation ability and communication ability of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved early warning score combined with standardized communication for nursing management in cardiology department can reduce the incidence of adverse events and ICU occupancy rate,and improve the comprehensive ability of nurses,which is worthy of promotion.
