摘要
在收集大量工程案例的基础上,从红土粒料的成因机理、分布范围、基本分类及物理力学特性等方面着手,对红土粒料在道路工程中的适用性进行分析。结果表明:红土粒料的分布、物理特性与当地气候条件及母岩的种类有密切关系;红土粒料具有液限和塑性指数偏高,中间粒径缺失、细粒含量高,级配不良等缺点;经过一定的筛选或者改良处理后,红土粒料能够用于路基及路面基层、底基层填筑,是一种良好的筑路材料。
Depending on a large amount of project cases,the applicability of laterite granules for road engineering was analyzed from the aspects of genetic mechanism,distribution range,basic classification and physical and mechanical properties.The result shows that the distribution and physical properties of the laterite granules relate to the climate conditions and the type of parent rock closely;the laterite granules have the disadvantages,such as high liquid limit and index of plasticity,deficiency of middle grain size,high content of fine particles and poor grading;but by screening or improvement to a certain extent,the laterite granules may be used to fill subgrade,base and sub-base course of pavement,as a good material for road construction.
