摘要
目的探究在癫痫并发精神障碍患者护理中的护理干预方案以及护理效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月来我院就诊的癫痫伴发精神障碍患者100例,根据施予的不同护理措施进行分组,试验组(n=50)予以加强护理方案,对照组(n=50)则予以一般护理方案,对比两组的暴力行为发生率、护理满意率、生活质量评分等指标。结果两组患者的护理满意率及生活质量评分比较,试验组显著高于对照组,存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);同时,两组患者的暴力行为发生率比较,试验组显著低于对照组,存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将加强护理方案应用于癫痫伴发精神障碍患者的护理工作中,对于改善其护理满意度及生活质量均有着显著的效果,并且还能控制好患者的情绪,改善患者的预后效果。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention plan and nursing effect in the nursing of patients with epilepsy complicated with mental disorder.Methods Selection from May 2018 to May 2019 come to our hospital,100 cases of patients with comorbid mental disorders,epilepsy,according to different nursing measures of giving group,experimental group(n=50)to strengthen nursing plan,the control group(n=50)was generally nursing plan,compare two groups the incidence of violence,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score index.Results The nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life score of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of violence in the experimental group of patients was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced nursing program in the nursing of patients with epilepsy accompanied by mental disorder,for improving the nursing satisfaction and quality of life has a significant effect,and can also control the patient's mood,improve the prognosis of patients.
