传统中药地骨皮化学成分和药理活性研究进展 被引量:49

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological studies on root bark of Lycium barbarum

摘要 地骨皮Lycii Cortex为茄科Solanaceae枸杞属植物的干燥根皮,在传统中医药中具有重要的地位,具有凉血除蒸,清肺降火之功效,临床主要用于治疗阴虚潮热、骨蒸盗汗、咳嗽、咳血及内热消渴等症。地骨皮化学成分丰富多样,结构独特,含有如萜类、甾醇类、有机酸、苯丙素类、生物碱、环肽类等类型。现代药理研究表明,地骨皮的粗提物或单体成分具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、抗菌、抗病毒等多种药理活性。该文对地骨皮的化学成分及药理作用的研究概况进行了综述,为进一步明确其药效物质,推动医药学事业的发展,保障“健康中国”计划奠定基础。 Lycii Cortex, the dry root bark of Lycium barbarum(Solanaceae), is rich in chemical compositions with unique structures, such as organic acids, lipids, alkaloids, cyclopeptides and other components, and plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine. It has the effect of cooling blood and removing steam, clearing lung and reducing fire. It is mainly used in the treatment of hot flashes due to Yin deficiency, hectic fever with night sweat, cough, hemoptysis and internal heat and diabetes. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the crude extract or monomer of Lycii Cortex has a variety of pharmacological activities, such as hypoglycemic, hypotensive, hypolipidemic, antibacterial, and antiviral effects. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Cortex Lycii were reviewed in order to further clarify its effective substances, promote the development of medical undertakings, and ensure the "Healthy China" plan.
