摘要
目的评价兰州市居民健康相关生命质量及影响因素。方法使用欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D-5L)对兰州市一般居民进行问卷调查,根据EQ-5D-5L中国积分体系计算受访者健康效用值,并采用最优尺度回归分析兰州市居民健康相关生命质量及影响因素。结果调研共回收有效问卷424份,有效回收率90.0%。兰州市居民在5个维度按有困难者占比排序为:疼痛/不舒服(29.25%)、焦虑/沮丧(24.76%)、行动能力(4.72%)、日常活动(4.48%)、自我照顾(0.71%)。EQ-5D-5L效用值为0.957±0.08,EQ-VAS评分为87.9±11.3。最优尺度回归分析结果显示,影响兰州市居民健康相关生命质量的因素按重要性排序依次为:慢性病史、职业状态、个人月收入及年龄(P<0.05)。结论应提高对中老年人、无业居民、低收入人群、慢性病患者等特殊群体健康需求的关注。
Objective To evaluate health-related quality of life and its influencing factors among Lanzhou residents. Methods European Quality of Life FiveDimensionFiveLevel Scale(EQ-5 D-5 L) was employed in a questionnaire survey among general residents of Lanzhou, China. Health utility values of the interviewees were calculated based on the scoring system of China for each dimension of EQ-5 D-5 L. The optimal scale regression was conducted to analyze health-related quality of life and the influencing factors of Lanzhou residents. Results A total of 424 questionnaires were obtained, with an effective recovery rate of 90.0%. Five dimensions of Lanzhou residents were ranked according to the proportion of people with difficulty: pain/discomfort(29.25%), anxiety/depression(24.76%), mobility(4.72%), daily activities(4.48%), and self-care(0.71%). The EQ-5 D-5 L utility value was 0.957±0.08, and the ED-VAS score was 87.9±11.3. The results of the optimal scale regression analysis showed that the factors affecting health-related quality of life of Lanzhou residents ranking in order of importance werechronic diseases, occupational status, personal monthly income and age(P<0.05). Conclusions Attention should be paid to the health needs of middle-aged and elderly population, unemployed residents, low-income population and patients with chronic diseases.
