摘要
目的研究通腑醒神汤对脑出血患者神经功能恢复及炎性因子的影响。方法选取60例脑出血患者,均于2018年10月—2020年1月收治,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组使用吡拉西坦注射液治疗,试验组在此基础上联合使用通腑醒神汤治疗。2组患者均连续治疗2个疗程,共14 d,其中7 d为一个疗程。比较2组患者MoCA评分、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分、血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平及中医证候积分于治疗前后的变化。结果2组患者MoCA评分、Barthel评分在治疗后均升高,且试验组高于对照组;而NIHSS评分、血清hs-CRP、NSE、IL-6水平、偏身麻木、口舌歪斜、气短乏力、大便干结等中医证候积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通腑醒神汤可修复脑出血患者的神经功能,降低血清hs-CRP、NSE、IL-6水平,抑制炎症反应,缓解临床症状,且效果显著,优于单纯使用吡拉西坦注射液治疗。
Objective To study the effects of Tongfu Xingshen decoction on neurological function recovery and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with piracetam injection,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongfu Xingshen decoction on the basis of the control group.7 d as a course of treatment,both groups of patients were treated for 2 consecutive courses.The changes of MoCA score,Barthel score,NIHSS score,serum hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 levels and TCM syndromes scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,the MoCA score and Barthel score increased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group.The scores of NIHSS,serum hs-CRP,NSE,IL-6,partial numbness,mouth and tongue deviation,shortness of breath,dry stool and other TCM symptoms all decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tongfu Xingshen decoction can repair the neurological function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the levels of serum hs-CRP,NSE and IL-6,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction and relieve clinical symptoms.It has a significant curative effect,which is better than that of piracetam injection alone.
