摘要
目的观察铍针联合椎旁椎间孔药物注射疗法对腰椎间盘突出症临床症状改善的影响。方法将58例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成2组各29例。2组均予平卧硬板床、中频脉冲电基础理疗,对照组采用椎旁椎间孔药物注射,治疗组在对照组基础上联合铍针治疗。分别对治疗前、后2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会下腰痛功能评价表(JOA)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行比较。结果治疗后2组患者VAS评分及ODI指数均较治疗前明显下降,JOA评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组3项观察指标的改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗总有效率达93.10%。结论铍针联合椎旁椎间孔药物注射相较于单纯椎旁椎间孔注射对治疗腰椎间盘突出症更加有效,可明显改善患者最根本的疼痛及活动功能受限,安全可靠,且操作简便,符合微创理念,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of stiletto needle combined with paravertebral-foramen drug injection on the improvement of clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 58 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups(with 29 patients in each group).Both groups received intermediate frequency pulsed basic physiotherapy.The control group received intervertebral foraminal drug injection,while the treatment group was treated with stiletto needle on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low back Pain Assessment Table(JOA)score and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,both VAS score and ODI index of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,JOA score was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the three observation indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment was up to 93.10%.Conclusion Stiletto needle combined with paravertebralforamen drug injection is more effective than foraminal injection alone in the treatment of LDH,which can significantly improve the most fundamental pain and limited activity of patients,security and reliable,and is simple to operate,in line with the concept of minimally invasive,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
