摘要
目的探讨冠心苏合软胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2019年10月于南阳市中心医院就诊的188例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(94例)和治疗组(94例)。对照组口服酒石酸美托洛尔片,3次/d,1片/次;治疗组在对照组基础上口服冠心苏合软胶囊,3次/d,2粒/次。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状改善情况,心功能心排血指数(CI)、每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)和心排量(CO)水平,血管内皮细胞功能内皮素(ET)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和一氧化氮(NO)水平,氧化应激丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率明显低于治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CI、SV、LVEF和CO均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清ET和MDA水平显著降低,而NO、VEGF、SOD和GSH-PX水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组这些指标显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心苏合软胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,能有效改善患者心绞痛症状和心功能水平,与其能改善患者血管内皮细胞功能及缓解氧化应激水平有关。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Suxeruan Capsules combined with metoprolol in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients(188 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Nanyang Central Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control(94 cases) and treatment(94 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guanxin Suhe Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptom, the cardiac function of CI, SV, LVEF and CO levels, the vascular endothelial cell function of ET, NO and VEGF levels, and the oxidative stress MDA, SOD and GSH-PX levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, and VAS score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, CI, SV, LVEF and CO in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA were significantly decreased, while the levels of NO, VEGF, SOD and GSH-PX were significantly increased in two groups(P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Guanxin Suhe Soft Capsules combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and the level of cardiac function, which is related to the improvement of vascular endothelial cell function and the relief of oxidative stress.
