基于电子商务的校园食堂就餐服务模式研究

摘要 为优化食堂就餐服务,在充分调研的基础上,提出了基于电子商务的校园食堂就餐服务模式,描述了新型食堂就餐服务功能和流程,并进行了可行性分析。该服务模式充分发挥电子商务的优势,将食堂饭菜、餐桌等资源数字化,服务流程可视化,就餐人员在网上可以提前预约、提前支付,食堂可提前做好充分的服务准备,将被动就餐服务模式改变为主动就餐服务模式,提高食堂就餐服务质量,达到就餐人员和食堂的双赢。 The dining community has gradually expanded since the expansion of college enrollment.Although universities continue to upgrade the canteen business model,But the underlying passive dining service problem cannot be solved.In order to solve the problems of current canteen service mode,we put forward a new dining service mode of college cafeteria basing on electronic commerce and propose the function and the process of it,also,the feasibility analysis is made too.This new service mode exploits the advantages to the full of electronic commerce.Digitize information resource such the cafeteria,dining table and visualize the service process.Repast personnel can advance booking online.And enable making advance and service process visualization.As a result,transfer the current canteen passive service mode into active service mode,improving the quality of canteen service and realize a win-win situation.
