摘要
针对电线电缆生产过程中的鼓包检测装置,利用TRIZ创新方法进行改善,从原因分析使用最终理想解IFR、鱼骨图、因果分析、功能分析与裁剪,再到问题解决使用技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型、进化法则等工具,其中得到了2项技术矛盾,4个物理矛盾,建立了5项物场模型,通过以上的描述分析后,提出了26个细则方案,再将所有方案联系实际进行加权分析,提取了5项测量技术改进和5项测量技术创新作为优选方案,使得装置从原有的基础上得到了很好的提升。
The TRIZ innovation method was used to improve the bulge detection device in the wire and cable production process,from cause analysis using the final ideal solution IFR,fishbone diagram,cause-effect analysis,functional analysis and tailoring,to problem solving using tools such as technical contradiction,physical contradiction,physical field model,and evolutionary law,in which two technical contradictions and four physical contradictions were obtained,five physical field models were established.After the above descriptive analysis,26 by-law solutions were proposed,and then all solutions were weighted in relation to the actual situation,and five measurement technology improvements and five measurement technology innovations were extracted as the preferred solutions to improve the device well from its original base.
