摘要
本文以遥控器壳体为例,利用SolidWorks软件对遥控器的上壳体、下壳体、按键垫和电池盖等壳体零件进行三维设计和建模,通过自下而上的装配方法创建遥控器壳体的装配体模型。为遥控器各零部件的结构优化和元件分析提供了三维模型基础,对同类家电产品的快速开发有借鉴意义。
In this paper,the remote control shell as an example,the use of SolidWorks software on the upper shell,lower shell,key pad and battery cover shell parts of the three-dimensional design and modeling,through the bottom-up assembly method to create the assembly model of the remote control shell.The three dimensional model foundation is provided for the structure optimization and component analysis of the remote control components,which is of reference signifi cance to the rapid development of similar home appliance products.
