摘要
随着时代的发展,科技的进步,矿山企业面临较大的压力,设备投入大、更新快,要想跟上时代、提升生产速度与效率,则需要科学规划,不断进行设备优化,提高设备使用效率,才能更好地保证生产连续性。文章就当前矿山开采现状及所面临实际问题进行了具体分析,并进一步提出对单机装备智能化、多机装备智能协同、智能装备机器人定向开发等方面的建议,为矿山企业提供智能化改进建议。
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,mining enterprises are facing greater pressure,large equipment investment and rapid renewal.In order to keep up with the times and improve production speed and efficiency,mining enterprises need scientific planning,continuous equipment optimization and improve equipment use efficiency in order to better ensure the continuity of production.This paper makes a concrete analysis on the current situation and practical problems of mining,and further puts forward some suggestions on the intelligence of single machine equipment,intelligent cooperation of multi-machine equipment and directional development of intelligent equipment robot,to provide intelligent improvement suggestions for mining enterprises.
