摘要
目的:探讨针刺颈夹脊穴联合颈椎矫正手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年2月来本院门诊及病房就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者70例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组35例患者行针刺夹脊穴治疗,观察组35例患者在对照组治疗基础上行颈椎矫正手法治疗。观察2组患者McGill评分JOA评分、炎性因子水平及疗效判定。结果:对照组总有效率为71.4%,低于观察组91.4%的总有效率(P<0.05)。治疗后显示,观察组McGill评分、TNF-α、IL-1β及hs-CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺夹脊穴联合颈椎矫正手法可明显改善神经根型颈椎病症状,患者痛感明显减轻,各指标明显好转,生活质量明显提升,适合临床上应用与深入研究。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of Radicular Cervical Spondylosis by acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji point combined with cervical vertebra correction manipulation.Methods:70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who came to our outpatient and ward from May 2019-2020 February were selected as the research objects.In the control group,35 patients were treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point,and in the observation group,35 patients were treated with cervical vertebra correction manipulation on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The McGill score,JOA score,inflammatory factor level and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results:the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%lower than that of the observation group(91.4%)(P<0.05).After treatment,McGill score,TNF-α、IL-1α,hs CRP level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and JOA score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with cervical vertebra correction can significantly improve the symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce the pain of patients,improve the indicators and improve the quality of life,which is suitable for clinical application and indepth study.
