基于热加工图与有限元分析的Inconel 600热挤压工艺研究 被引量:1

Research on hot extrusion process of Inconel 600 based on hot processing map and finite element analysis

摘要 利用Gleeble-3500试验机与Deform软件,采用热压缩试验与有限元分析相结合的方法,分析讨论了Inconel 600管材热挤压工艺参数的影响以及微观结构的变化规律。结果表明,对于热挤压工艺,基于热加工图的数据,计算得到了Inconel 600管材在挤压比为5.65的条件下最佳的热挤压工艺参数:挤压速率250 mm/s、挤压温度1150℃,并且根据该工艺进行了实际生产,管材成品率提高了34%;对于微观结构,热挤压变形过程中,Inconel 600管材的微观组织由最初的链状组织转变为再结晶的细小等轴晶粒,晶粒发生细化。本文试验结果与数值模拟数据相吻合,为Inconel 600的热挤压生产提供了参考依据。 The effects of hot extrusion process parameters and the variations of microstructure of superalloy Inconel 600 tubing were analyzed and discussed,respectively by using Gleeble-3500 tester and Deform software and using the method of combination of hot compression experiments and finite element analysis.The results show that,for the hot extrusion process,the optimal hot extrusion process parameters for Inconel 600 tubing with an extrusion ratio of 5.65 were obtained by calculation based on the data of hot processing map as follows:250 mm/s extrusion rate and 1150℃extrusion temperature,and practical production was carried out according to this process,and the yield of the tubing was improved by 34%;For the microstructure of Inconel 600 tubing,it was transformed from the initial chain-like grains to recrystallized equiaxed ones at last during the hot extrusion processing,and the grains were refined.The experimental results agree with the simulation data,which provides a reference for the production of hot extruded tubing of Inconel 600 super alloy.
