摘要
目的比较镍铬合金与钛合金对老年牙齿缺失烤瓷冠修复效果及对龈缘的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月淮北市人民医院收治的牙齿缺失行烤瓷冠修复患者91例,随机分为观察组(n=46,46颗修复牙)和对照组(n=45,45颗修复牙)。对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复,观察组采用钛合金烤瓷冠修复。2组均随访3年,比较修复体修复质量、修复牙牙龈指数、龈沟液量和并发症发生情况。结果随访修复3年h后,观察组修复体边缘密合性、边缘色泽及牙周状况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组探诊深度(PD)和出血指数(BI)均较修复前明显升高(P<0.05),观察组PD和BI均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组龈沟液量较修复前均显著增加(P<0.05),观察组龈沟液量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(23.91%vs 48.89%,P<0.05)。结论牙齿缺失患者采用钛合金烤瓷冠修复效果较好,对被修复牙牙周组织及牙龈和龈缘影响较小。
Objective To compare the effect of Ni-Cr alloy and titanium alloy on the restoration of missing teeth with porcelain crowns in elderly patients and the effect on the gingival margin,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods91 elderly patients with missing teeth treated in the People’s Hospital of Huaibei City from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=46,46 restored teeth)and control group(n=45,45 restored teeth).The control group was repaired with Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crown,and the observation group was repaired with titanium alloy ceramic crown.Both groups were followed up for 3 years.The restoration quality,gingival index,gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)volume and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 years of restoration,the edge tightness,edge color and periodontal condition of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The probing depth(PD)and bleeding index(BI)of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before restoration(P<0.05),but PD and BI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The GCF volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.91%vs 48.89%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with missing teeth,the restoration effect of titanium alloy ceramic crowns is good,and it has little effect on the periodontal tissue,gingiva and gingival margin.
