摘要
目的:探究序贯机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致严重呼吸衰竭临床体会。方法:本文选取重症医学科2018年4月~2019年4月本院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致严重呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象。将以上患者分为对照组以及观察组,对照组患者应用传统的治疗方法,观察组患者则应用序贯机械通气法,对比两组患者的肺炎发生情况、住ICU时间以及死亡例数。结果:观察组患者效果较为显著,有效地降低了治疗过后的并发症情况,缩短了患者住ICU的时间,还有效地控制了患者的死亡数量,以上指标具有统计学意义。结论:在慢性阻塞性肺疾病导致严重呼吸衰竭的治疗过程中对序贯机械通气方法开展应用能够有效地帮助患者提升治疗的综合效果,提升患者的安全性,能更好地提升患者治疗过程中的综合生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical experience of sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:This article selected 60 patients with severe respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the research object.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods of treatment.The patients in the observation group were compared with the occurrence of pneumonia,the time of ICU stay and the number of deaths according to the application of sequential mechanical ventilation.Results:The patients in the observation group had a significant effect,effectively reduced the complications after treatment,shortened the time for patients to live in the ICU,and effectively controlled the number of patients’deaths.Conclusion:The application of sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively help patients improve the comprehensive effect of treatment,improve patient safety,and better improve the comprehensive quality of life in the treatment process.
