血液分析仪检验急慢性白血病的临床应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血液分析仪检验急慢性白血病的临床应用价值。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月本院收治的急慢性白血病患者76例作为研究对象,急性白血病组患者38例,慢性白血病组患者38例,另选择同期收治健康体检者38例作为对照组,均采用血液分析仪检测白细胞计数、血红蛋白、C反应蛋白、血小板计数等指标水平,对三组进行比较。结果:对照组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白显著低于急性和慢性白血病组患者,而血红蛋白、血小板计数显著高于急性和慢性白血病组患者,P<0.05;慢性白血病组患者白细胞计数显著高于急性白血病组患者,血红蛋白、C反应蛋白显著低于急性白血病组患者,P<0.05;急性和慢性白血病组患者血小板计数比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在急慢性白血病诊断中采用血液分析仪检测血液指标具有较高价值,并可依据各指标水平鉴别急性和慢性白血病,为诊治提供科学依据。 Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of blood analyzer in detecting acute and chronic leukemia.Methods:76 patients with acute and chronic leukemia,38 patients with acute leukemia,38 patients with chronic leukemia and 38 patients with chronic leukemia were selected from June 2018 to June 2019,and 38 patients with chronic leukemia were selected as control group.Blood analyzer was used to detect the levels of white blood cell count,hemoglobin,C reactive protein and platelet count,compare the three groups.Results:The white blood cell count,C reactive protein in the control group were significantly lower than those in patients with acute and chronic leukemia,while the hemoglobin and platelet count were significantly higher than those in patients with acute and chronic leukemia,P<0.05;The platelet count in patients with acute and chronic leukemia was not statistically significant,P<0.05;The comparison of platelet count between acute and chronic leukemia patients was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:It is valuable to use blood analyzer to detect blood index in diagnosis of acute and chronic leukemia,and can differentiate acute and chronic leukemia according to each index level.
