摘要
志愿服务的文化属性与公立医院的公益性要求相吻合。健康中国战略背景下,将志愿服务融入医院文化建设,可以提升医疗品质,丰富文化内涵,促使医学回归人文。我院围绕医院中心工作,创新培育出“红色导联”伙伴式志愿服务新模式,以问题“联动”为根本、组织“联动”为抓手、活动“联动”为驱动、医患“联动”为突破口将医院志愿文化从理念转换为行动,在引领公立医院志愿文化发展中起到良性的导向作用。
The cultural attribute of voluntary service is consistent with the public welfare requirement of public hospitals.Under the background of Healthy China strategy,integrating volunteer service into hospital cultural construction can improve medical quality,enrich cultural connotation and promote the return of medicine to humanity.Our hospital,centering the key work,innovates and develops a“red lead partner type”volunteer service mode,to make the“linkage”as the fundamental problem and organize activities of“linkage”for the gripper,“linkage”as the drive,doctor-patient“linkage”as the breakthrough to convert hospital volunteer culture from concept to action,which plays a benign guiding role in leading the development of voluntary culture in public hospitals.
