山区地形的横列式梁场规划研究 被引量:1

摘要 依托于一山区预制梁场地,针对山区梁场场地坡度大、高支护及高填方的特点,分别对场地的标高、通道的规划、龙门吊的布置及利用钢架来降低挡墙的支护高度进行分析与讨论。梁场中通道规划的合理性严重影响制梁的效率及场地高效使用。可通过设置钢架来临时放置小龙门吊的方法来降低支护高度,降低梁场建设费用与风险,同时还能够增加梁场使用面积的合理性。 Based on the prefabricated beam site in a mountainous area,aiming at the characteristics of large slope,high support and high filling of beam site in mountainous area,this paper analyses and discusses the elevation of the site,the planning of the passageway,the arrangement of gantry crane and the use of steel frame to reduce the support height of retaining wall.The rationality of tunnel planning in beam site seriously affects the efficiency of beam fabrication and efficient use of site.The support height can be reduced by setting small gantry crane when steel frame is coming,the cost and risk of beam yard construction can be reduced,and the rationality of using area of Beam Yard can be increased at the same time.
