摘要
当前“一带一路”建设由宏观描绘“大写意”进入深度雕刻“精工笔”新阶段。高质量高水平推进“一带一路”建设,迫切需要高职院校面对新形势新任务乘势而上、转型升级。高职院校国际化转型升级的使命在于以校企合作破解国际化办学机制之囿,以现代治理破解国际化办学水准之弱,以“三教”改革破解双语教学资源之缺,以标准输出破解国际化人才培养之难。路径在于开展多元主体国际化办学,推进大学治理现代化建设,培养国际化师资队伍,育训产能合作急需人才。广州铁职院抢抓“高铁走出去”和“粤港澳大湾区”发展机遇,以提升“一带一路”服务能力、创新对外合作体制机制为着力点,对接“走出去”企业岗位需求进行顶层设计与实践,助推办学机制、大学治理、双师队伍、人才培养等升级发展。
At present,the construction of the"One Belt One Road"has entered a new stage of in-depth sculpture of"precision pen"from the macroscopic depiction of"big freehand brushwork".To promote the construction of the"One Belt One Road"with high quality and high level,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to take advantage of the brand-new situation and tasks to transform and upgrade.The mission of the internalization transformation and upgrading of higher vocational colleges is to break the barriers of the international school-running mechanism with school-enterprise cooperation,break the weakness of the international school running standard with modern governance,break the lack of bilingual teaching with the reform of teachers,teaching methods and teaching materials(3“T”for abbreviation),and export standards to solve the difficulty of training international talents.The paths are running schools with multiple stakeholders for internationalization,the promotion of the modernization of university governance,the training of international teaching-faculty,and the training of international production capacity cooperation talents as well.Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic seizes the development opportunities of"High-speed Rail Going Global"and"Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area",focusing on improving the service capabilities of the"One Belt One Road"and innovating foreign cooperation systems and mechanisms to meet the job requirements of“going out”enterprises to launch top-level design and practice to promote the upgrading of school-running mechanism,university governance,dual-faculty teams,and talent training as well.
