摘要
教师队伍建设关系到民办本科高校思政课教学水平以及“立德树人”根本任务的有效落实。当前,民办本科高校思政课教师队伍建设的困境主要体现在数量不足、结构不合理、教研水平低、流动性大等。其主要对策有:建立由政府主导的教师队伍稳定机制;建立区域高校间协同的“防抽血”机制;建立民办与公办高校协同的“造血”机制;建立思政课教师自我成长引导机制。
The construction of the faculty of ideological and political courses in private colleges and universities is related to the teaching level and effective implementation of the fundamental tasks“cultivating people by virtue.”At present,the difficulties in the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private universities are mainly reflected in the insufficient number,unreasonable structure,low level of teaching and research,and high mobility.The main countermeasures are as follows:establishing a stable mechanism of teachers led by the government;setting up the“anti-bloodletting”mechanism among regional colleges and universities;building the“hematopoietic”mechanism of collaboration between private and public colleges and universities;and forming the guidance mechanism of ideological and political teachers’self-growth.
