摘要
传染病信息报告是疾病防控工作的基石,我国法定传染病信息报告工作经历了多个发展阶段。我们通过对不同时期法定传染病信息报送方式、现阶段医疗机构法定传染病报告工作方式及存在问题进行综述,探索法定传染病信息报告的发展建设模式,为疾病监测与防控工作提供更科学、及时、准确的信息。
Communicable disease information reporting is the cornerstone of disease prevention and control efforts. Notifiable communicable diseases reporting in China had gone through many stages. This paper summarizes different ways of communicable disease reporting during different periods as well as the current working modes and the existing problems in medical institutions,explores the development and construction of notifiable communicable disease information reporting,in order to provide scientific,timely and accurate information for disease surveillance,prevention and control.
