摘要
针对水平尺倾斜检测问题,利用计算机数字图像处理技术,设计了一套水平尺管水准泡倾斜合格检测硬件系统,采用VC++平台开发了基于图像识别的合格检测软件。该系统采用工业相机拍摄水平尺管水准器气泡图像,通过图像旋转、中值滤波、二值化及轮廓提取等图像处理方法,辩识ROI区域是否有气泡轮廓,从而实现了气泡水平尺的高精度实时检测,相比于传统人工检测更加高效准确。
Aiming at the problem of horizontal rod tilt detection,a hardware system for qualified detection of horizontal rod bubble tilt is built by using computer digital image processing technology,and a qualified detection software based on image recognition is designed by using VC++platform.In this system,an industrial camera is used to shoot bubble images of horizontal rod levelers,and image processing methods such as image rotation,median filtering,binarization and contour extraction are used to identify whether there is bubble contour in ROI region.Thus,the high precision real-time detection of bubble level is realized,which is more efficient and accurate than the traditional manual detection.
