摘要
在新时代背景下,地方高校人才培养应遵循成果导向的教育理念,实现全员、全程、全方位的"三全"育人目标。本文结合地方高校基础薄弱的现状和化学化工专业注重实践应用的特点,构建了基于OBE教育理念的化学化工专业教学质量保障机制和评价反馈体系,覆盖了学生、教师、高校和社会四个维度,贯穿了教学、实践、入职等人才培养的各个环节和阶段,有利于提高本科教学质量,推动化学化工类应用型人才的培养和地方高校转型发展。
In order to accomplish the goal of "everyone, every stage, and every orientation education" in the background of new ages, students training in local colleges should be based on the OBE ideas. According to the characteristics of local colleges and the practical application of chemical engineering, this article constructs a system of teaching quality assurance and evaluation of chemical engineering in local colleges, which contains the dimensions of teacher, student, college and society. This system covers every phases and links of students training, which is beneficial for improving teaching quality, promoting applied chemical engineering talents cultivation and facilitating the transformation of local colleges.
