植物油中多环芳烃的测定及方法验证——高效液相色谱法(荧光检测器) 被引量:1

摘要 本文确定了市场上不同种类的植物油中多环芳烃的污染程度,包括苯并(a)芘含量及苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、䓛等物质含量总和。国家标准规定了油脂中苯并(a)芘的限量值,但苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、䓛等物质含量总和还未有明确的限量值标准。本文研究材料为菜籽油、葵花籽油、橄榄油、果渣油、添加橄榄油的菜籽调和油以及未精制的大豆油和椰子油,通过不同的研究方法包括植物油皂化、多环芳烃萃取、氧化铝填充柱净化以及高效液相色谱配荧光检测器进行定量定性测定。结果表明,所有测试样本中苯并(a)芘含量及苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽和䓛的含量总和均未超过国外参考标准限值。 The pollution degree of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in different kinds of vegetable oils on the market was determined,including the content of benzo(a)pyrene and the total content of benzo(a)pyrene,benzo(a)anthracene,benzo(b)fluoranthene and chrysene.Although there are relevant national standards for the limit value of benzo(a)pyrene in oil,there is no clear limit value standard for the total content of benzo(a)pyrene,benzo(a)anthracene,benzo(b)fluoranthene and chrysene.In this paper,rapeseed oil,sunflower oil,olive oil,fruit residue oil,rapeseed blend oil with olive oil,and unrefined soybean oil and coconut oil were used as research materials.Different research methods including vegetable oil saponification,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons extraction,alumina packed column purification and high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector were used for quantitative and qualitative determination.The content of benzo(a)pyrene and the total content of benzo(a)pyrene,benzo(a)anthracene,benzo(b)fluoranthene and chrysene in all tested samples did not exceed the limits of foreign reference standards.
