摘要
目的对DH-010织物长效抗菌整理剂的抗菌效果进行评估。方法采用烧瓶振荡法分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌进行抗菌试验,依据标准《FZ/T 73023-2006》进行洗涤次数测试,对抗菌的长效性和耐久性进行试验。结果对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及白色念珠菌,经DH-010织物长效抗菌整理剂整理过的抗菌织物,洗涤10次抗菌率均>99%;洗涤20次抗菌率均>90%;洗涤50次抗菌率均>70%。而未做抗菌整理的对照样和标准空白样抗菌性能为零。结论该DH-010织物长效抗菌整理剂具有良好及稳定的抗菌效果,符合3A级抗菌指标。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effect of long-term antibacterial finishing agent DH-010 for fabrics.Methods Antibacterial test was performed inescherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans usingthe flask oscillation method,respectively.According to the standard FZ/T 73023-2006,the washing times were tested,and the longevity and durability of antibacterial effect were determined.Results For escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans,the antibacterial rate of antibacterial fabrics finished using long-term antibacterial finishing agent DH-010 for fabrics>99% after washing for 10 times,>90% after washing for 20 times and>70% after washing for 50 times.However,the control samples and the standard blank samples without antibacterial finishing showed no antibacterial properties.Conclusion The long-term antibacterial finishing agent DH-010 for fabrics has a good and stable antibacterial effect,which meets the 3 Aantibacterial index.
