摘要
目的了解本地区儿童呼吸道感染的病原学流行特征,为儿童呼吸道感染的早期诊治提供流行病学依据。方法2019年10~12月选择济南市某医院呼吸道感染儿童患者518例,采集外周血样本,用酶联免疫吸附法联合检测呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、肺炎支原体(MP)、衣原体(CP)、副流感病毒(PIV)、肺炎军团菌(LPV)6种病原体,从患儿年龄、病毒分布情况等方面进行流行病学特点分析。结果在518例患儿中,有433例呼吸道病原体阳性,总阳性率为83.59%。其中,ADV 131例(30.25%),MP 94例(21.71%),CP 70(16.17%),PIV66例(15.24%),LPV 57例(13.16%),RSV 15例(3.46%)。不同性别患儿均为ADV的阳性率最高,男性患儿其次为PIV,女性患儿其次为MP。各年龄组总呼吸道病原体阳性率依次为52.78%、56.82%、102.68%、110.98%、123.53%。结论ADV感染是本地区小儿呼吸道感染的主要病毒,联合检测6项呼吸道病原体检测可以快速明确患儿呼吸道感染的病原体。
Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of respiratory viruses in children with respiratory tract infection,so as to provide epidemiological evidences for early diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 518 patients with respiratory tract infection were selected from October to December 2019 in a hospital in Jinan city.Peripheral blood samples were collected and 6 pathogens of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(ADV),mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),chlamydia(CP),parainfluenza virus(PIV)and legionella pneumophila(LPV)were detected by ELISA.Epidemiological characteristics were analyzed from the age of the children and the distribution of the virus.Results Among 518 children,433 cases were shown to be positive for 6 viruses which included 131 cases of ADV infection(30.25%),94 cases of MP infection(21.71%),70 cases of CP infection(16.17%),66 cases of PIV infection(15.24%),57 cases of LPV infection(13.16%),15 cases of RSV infection(3.46%).The total positive rate was 83.59%.Children of different gender groups all had the highest ADV positive rate,male children were followed by PIV,female children were followed by MP.The positive rates of suction virus were 52.78%,56.82%,102.68%,110.98% and 123.53% in turn.Conclusion ADV infection is the main virus of respiratory tract infection in children in our region.The combined detection of 6 respiratory pathogen tests can quickly identify the pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children.
