电解锰渣煅烧脱硫制硫酸锰资源化技术分析 被引量:2

An Analysis on the Resource Utilization technology of Producing Manganese Sulfate by Calcination and Desulfurization of Electrolytic Manganese Slag

摘要 电解锰渣的处理是电解锰行业亟待解决的问题,煅烧后的电解锰渣作为水泥或混凝土能被大量消纳,因此,这种资源化处理方式得到了较多的关注和研究。电解锰渣煅烧后产生的烟气含有高浓度SO_(2),采用氧化锰矿脱硫技术能脱除SO_(2)得到电解锰的原料硫酸锰,实现环保和生产的有效结合。通过介绍锰渣煅烧脱硫制硫酸锰资源化技术在某电解锰企业的首次工业化应用,分析了该技术的资源化利用、技术经济指标等。 The treatment of electrolytic manganese slag is an urgent problem to be solved in the electrolytic manganese industry.The calcined electrolytic manganese slag can be consumed as cement or concrete.Therefore,this resource treatment method has been paid more attention to.The flue gas produced by the calcination of electrolytic manganese slag contains the high concentration of SO_(2).Manganese sulfate,the raw material of electrolytic can be obtained by using manganese oxide desulfurization technology,which realizes the effective combination of environmental protection and production.This paper introduces the first industrial application of manganese slag calcination desulfurization technology to produce manganese sulfate in an electrolytic manganese enterprise.It analyzes the resource utilization,technical and economic indicators of the technology.
