摘要
目的观察中医手法联合红肿膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。在基础治疗上,对照组用依托芬那酯凝胶局部外涂。观察组采用中医手法联合红肿膏局部外敷。观察并比较治疗前后两组的踝关节疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肿胀体积、美国足踝骨科学会(AOFAS)功能评分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]数值的差异,并比较治疗后两组临床疗效的差异。结果治疗后,两组的VAS评分、肿胀体积、AOFAS评分及炎性因子(IL-6、IL-1β)数值较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),而且观察组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。观察组优良率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论中医手法联合红肿膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤,可缓解踝关节疼痛,减轻肿胀,促进功能恢复,临床疗效显著,其作用机制可能与其抑制炎症反应有关。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tendon regulating manipulation combined with Red swelling cream in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Bases on the basic treatment,the control group was treated with etofenamate gel topical application,while the observation group used tendon regulating manipulation combined with red swelling paste.The differences of VAS score,swelling volume,AOFAS score,and numerical of inflammatory factors(IL-6 and IL-1β)between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The difference of clinical effect between the two groups after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,swelling volume,AOFAS score,and numerical of inflammatory factors(IL-6 and IL-1β)of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was more significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was better than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute ankle sprain by tendon regulating manipulation combined with Red swelling cream can obviously relieve ankle pain,reduce swelling,promote functional recovery,and achieve remarkable clinical effect,its mechanism of action may be related to its inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
