摘要
医学生的见习阶段是实现理论知识和临床实践结合的重要阶段。妇产科因为解剖位置的特殊关系,使得见习尤为重要。然而2020年—2021年特殊情况导致本该返校的见习生滞留家中,无法实现将课堂所学转化为临床知识。见习的缺失会给学生的学习生涯造成巨大的影响。如何做到停课不停学,是放在妇产科教学一线的亟待解决的问题。线上课堂因为不受时间、空间的限制,可以在网上操作而成为此时教育界的主力军。除此之外,线上课堂还具有可以录播复看的优势。我院妇产科教研室,针对妇产科见习困难,充分利用线上课堂这一新兴的教学方式,由教研室根据教学大纲,搜集典型病例,制作好手术视频和典型病例相结合的幻灯片制定好教学课表,到时通过移动终端,发起见习小组讲课和病例讲解讨论。文章以《子宫肌瘤》为例,展示如何通过线上课堂开展相关教学。
The probation stage of medical students is an important stage to realize the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.Because of the special relationship of the anatomical position of obstetrics and gynecology,the apprenticeship is particularly important.However,a special situation has caused the trainees who should have returned to school this year to stay at home,unable to translate what they have learned in the classroom into clinical knowledge.The lack of apprenticeships will have a huge impact on students’learning careers.How to suspend classes without stopping school is an urgent problem to be solved on the front line of obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Online classrooms have become the main force in the education industry at this time because they are not limited by time and space,and can be operated online.In addition,online classrooms also have the advantage of being able to record,broadcast and replay.Online classrooms have become the main force in the education industry at this time because they can be operated online.Teaching and research section,obstetrics and gynecology hospital in obstetrics and gynecology apprentice difficulties,make full use of the emerging teaching method of online classrooms.According to the syllabus,the teaching and research department collects typical cases and produces PPT that combines surgical videos and typical cases.The teaching timetable will be formulated,and then through the mobile terminal,the trainee group will be launched to give lectures and case explanations and discussions.Achieve suspension of classes without suspension.This article takes"Uterine Fibroid"as an example to show how our department conducted teaching through online classes.
