摘要
深部大断面高应力破碎软岩巷道变形严重阻碍我国深部矿井安全高效开采。通过分析泉店煤矿22采区下山围岩变形规律,对锚索支护参数进行优化,利用FLAC3D数值计算对围岩移近量、最大主应力的影响特征分析,发现锚索最佳长度为8 m,并针对经济因素提出了锚索长短搭配方案,通过现场实测验证了方案的合理性,对类似矿井起了借鉴作用。
The deformation of deep large section high stress crushing soft rock roadway is a serious obstacle to safe and efficient mining in China's deep mines.By analyzing the deformation law of the surrounding rock in the lower mountain of the 22 mining area of Quandian Mine,optimizing the anchor cable support parameters,analyzing the influence characteristics of the surrounding rock shift and maximum principal stress by using FLAC3D numerical calculation,finding the best length of anchor cable was 8 m,and proposing the anchor cable length matching scheme for economic factors,verifying the reasonableness of the scheme by field measurement,and serving as a reference for similar mines.
