摘要
为了改进高压电缆护层保护器传统测量方法存在的不足,提出一种高压电缆护层保护器一体化测量装置。采用PWM技术产生高电压,通过滤波电路对电压进行滤波,提高了测量精度。采用Android触控一体机作为总控制器和人机界面的实施主体,实现了护层保护器的智能测试和计算,有效保证了高压电缆护层测试工作和测试精度。通过对220 kV电缆线路护层保护器的实际测试,表明了该装置测量的可靠性。
In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional measurement methods for high-voltage cable sheath protectors,an integrated measuring device for high-voltage cable sheath protectors is proposed.The PWM technology is used to generate high voltage,and the voltage is filtered through a filter circuit to improve the measurement accuracy.The android touch integrated machine is used as the main body of the main controller and the human-machine interface,which realizes the intelligent test and calculation of the sheath protector,and effectively guarantees the test work and test accuracy of the high-voltage cable sheath.Through the actual test of 220 kV cable line protective layer protector,the reliability of the device measurement is explained.
