摘要
针对现有的高速工业平缝机挑线机构存在供线量和时序不可调节、容易引起油污飞溅、运动机构容易因异物卡死的问题,课题组提出了一种全密封步进挑线机构,并通过步进电机对挑线机构进行独立控制。对步进电机输出转角函数进行规划求解,通过调节步进电机输出转角函数的参数分别获得不同幅值和时序的供线量曲线,以适应不同厚度的缝制需求;同时对步进挑线机构进行了动力学分析,获得了步进电机的动态特性曲线。该全密封步进挑线机构克服了现有挑线机构的诸多缺点,机构运行可靠;引入步进控制后,可以通过改变步进电机的输出规律获得不同的供线量曲线,适应多种缝纫工况。
In view of the existing thread-taking-up mechanism of high-speed industrial flat sewing machine has the problems of the unadjustable time sequence and the thread supply, easy to cause oil splash, and easy to be stuck due to foreign matters, a fully sealed step-by-step thread-taking-up mechanism was proposed, which is independently controlled by a stepping motor. The output angle function of stepping motor was solved by programming, and the feeding curves of different amplitude and time sequence were obtained by adjusting the parameters of output angle function of stepping motor to meet the sewing requirements of different thicknesses. At the same time, the dynamic characteristic curve of the stepping motor was obtained by dynamic analysis of the stepping thread-taking-up mechanism. The fully sealed step-by-step thread-taking-up mechanism overcomes many shortcomings of the existing thread-taking-up mechanism and makes the mechanism more reliable. With the introduction of the stepping control, different thread supply curves can be obtained by changing the output law of the stepping motor so as to adapt to various sewing conditions.
