粉煤灰对玻化炉渣路面混凝土界面微观结构改善影响研究 被引量:3

Research on the effect of fly ash on the microstructure improvement of the concrete interface of vitrified slag pavement

摘要 探究粉煤灰对玻化炉渣混凝土工作性能与力学性能的影响,采用显微硬度、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)等微观手段对玻化炉渣混凝土界面展开研究,分析粉煤灰对玻化炉渣骨料-水泥石的界面过渡区作用机理。研究表明:玻化炉渣混凝土中粉煤灰最佳掺量为10~20 kg/m3。掺入粉煤灰能有效改善玻化炉渣混凝土界面过渡区结构,降低界面区钙硅比,提高界面区显微硬度,降低界面过渡区CH晶体与AFt晶体的富集,促进C-S-H凝胶的生成,降低孔隙率,提高界面过渡区密实程度,进一步提高玻化炉渣混凝土的力学性能和工作性能。 Explore the effects of fly ash on the working performance and mechanical properties of vitrified slag concrete,use micro-hardness,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray energy spectrometer(EDS)to carry out research on the interface of vitrified slag concrete and analyze the mechanism of fly ash on the interface transition zone between vitrified furnace slag aggregate and cement stone.Studies have shown that the best content of vitrified slag concrete mixed with fly ash is in the range of 10~20 kg/m3.Incorporating fly ash can effectively improve the structure of the interface transition zone of vitrified slag concrete,reduce the ratio of calcium to silicon in the interface zone,increase the microhardness of the interface zone,reduce the concentration of CH crystals and AFt crystals in the interface transition zone,and promote the formation of CSH gel,reduce the porosity,improve the compactness of the interface transition zone,and further improve the mechanical properties and working performance of vitrified slag concrete.
