摘要
分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)在主动配电网的渗透率不断增加,传统集中式控制难以满足配电网经济稳定运行需求,而分布式控制因其传输信息量小、可靠性高等优势受到越来越多的关注。基于此,梳理主动配电网的基本控制架构,比较本地控制、集中控制与分布式控制的结构特点与实现方式,进一步针对现有的分布式控制策略,分别分析了经典控制策略与一致性控制策略,在经典控制策略的基础上构造一致性控制算法,能够实现配电网全局快速稳定,为主动配电网控制策略的研究提供了参考与借鉴。
With the increasing penetration of distributed generation in active distribution network,the traditional centralized control is difficult to meet the needs of economic and stable operation of distribution network,and distributed control has attracted more and more attention due to its advantages of small amount of information transmission and high reliability.The structural characteristics and implementation methods of local control,centralized control and distributed control were compared based on the introduction of the basic control architecture of active distribution network.Moreover,for the existing distributed control strategies,the classical control strategy and the consistent control strategy were analyzed respectively.Finally,the consensus control algorithm was constructed based on the classical control strategy,which can realize the global fast and stable control of distribution network,and provide a reference for the research of active distribution network control strategy.
