摘要 目的:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法对三黄片中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、黄芩苷及盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。方法:使用CORTECS UPLC C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm),流动相A:乙腈,B:水(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;质谱采用配有电喷雾离子源(ESI)的Sciex 4000 Qtrap质谱仪进行检测。结果:5种成分在各自的线性范围中线性关系良好,样品回收率在84.21%~95.83%,RSD为2.41%~3.31%。结论:该方法便于操作,结果准确,响应灵敏,可用于三黄片的含量测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of emodin,chrysophanol,physcion,baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Methods:Liquid Chromatography column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm)was used with CORTECS UPLC C18,mobile phase A:acetonitrile,B:water(0.1%formic acid),gradient elution;MS was detected by Sciex 4000 Qtrap mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ion source.Results:The linear range of the five components was good,the average recoveries(n=6)were 84.21%-95.83%,RSD were 2.41%-3.31%.Conclusion:The method is easy to operate,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of Sanhuang tablets.
