摘要
为比较经尿道1470 nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术与经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。通过回顾性分析原海军总医院2017年1月至2019年9月收治的204例良性前列腺增生患者,其中103例行经尿道1470 nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术,另外101例行经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化术。统计比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置导尿管时间、术后住院时间、并发症以及术前、术后3个月、术后1年的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QoL)、最大尿流率(Q_(max))。结果表明:组间比较术中出血量、手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置导尿管时间、术后住院时间、并发症以及术前、术后3个月、术后1年的IPSS、QoL、Q_(max)进行组间比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05),手术前后组内比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。可见经尿道1470 nm半导体激光前列腺汽化术与经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生具有一致的安全性及治疗效果。
In order to compare the efficacy and safety of transurethral 1470 nm semiconductor laser and green laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Data of 204 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Naval General Hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,103 cases were treated with transurethral 1470 nm semiconductor laser,and the other 101 cases were treated with transurethral green laser.Blood loss during operation,operation time,postoperative bladder irrigation time,postoperative indwelling catheter time,postoperative hospital stay and complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.The international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life score(QoL)and maximum urinary flow rate(Q_(max))were statistically compared between the two groups before operation,3 months after operation and 1 year after operation.The results show that the comparison of blood loss during operation,operation time,postoperative bladder irrigation time,postoperative indwelling catheter time,postoperative hospital stay and complications between the two groups.The statistical results of IPSS,QoL and Q_(max) before operation,3 months after operation and 1 year after operation show that there is no significant difference(P>0.05).There is significant difference before and after operation(P<0.01).It is concluded that transurethral 1470 nm laser vaporization of prostate and transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate have consistent safety and efficacy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
