陆地棉与海岛棉不同冠层部位叶片的6种元素含量特征

摘要 探究陆地棉与海岛棉不同冠层叶片6种矿质营养元素的吸收特性,为调控棉花的营养需求分配奠定理论基础。选用新陆早33号和新海36号为试验材料,标记主茎上部第一片展开叶片为倒1叶,依次按照顺序选择倒2叶,倒4叶,倒6叶,倒8叶,测定C、N、P、K、S、Mg含量。结果表明:新海36号不同冠层部位叶片的N、K、P含量均高于新陆早33号,S、Mg均低于新陆早33号。元素两两之间存在显著相关性,分别是C与N,C与P,N与P,S与Mg;C与S、Mg,N与S、Mg,K与Mg,P与S、Mg的各元素之间呈极显著负相关。叶片中元素含量为C>N>K>S>Mg>P,其变异系数分别为:5.8%、18.9%、21.5%、31.2%、27.7%、33.3%。综上,在同一种植条件下陆地棉与海岛棉养分吸收的特性不同。新海36号对N、K、P元素的需求要高于新陆早33号,但对S、Mg的需求量较低。棉花冠层不同部位叶片中C、N、P三种元素之间呈显著的正相关,其中N、P元素随冠层部位向下含量降低,且C、N、P元素均与S、Mg元素呈极显著负相关。叶片中含量较低的元素具有稳定性较低,流动性较强的特征。 To explore the absorption characteristics of six mineral nutrients in different canopy leaves of G.hirsutum and G.barbadense,lay a theoretical foundation for regulating the distribution of cotton’s nutritional requirements.Selected Xinluzao 33 and Xinhai 36 as test materials,marking the first unfolded leaf on the upper part of the main stem as the inverted one leaf,and select the inverted two leaves,four leaves,six leaves,and eight leaves in order,the contents of C,N,P,K,S and Mg were determined.The results indicated that the content of N,K and P in the leaves of Xinhai 36 at different canopy sites was higher than that of Xinluzao 33,while the content of S and Mg were lower than that of Xinluzao 33.There is a significant correlation between the two elements,C and N,C and P,N and P,S and Mg,respectively.There was a significant negative correlation between C and S,Mg,N and S,Mg,P and S,Mg,K and Mg.The ele-ment contents in the leaves were C>N>K>S>Mg>P,and the coefficients of variation were 5.8%,18.9%,21.5%,31.2%,27.7%,and 33.3%,respectively.In conclusion,the nutrient absorption characteristics of G.hirsutum and G.barbadense were different under the same planting conditions.The demand for N,K and P elements in Xinhai 36 is higher than that in Xinluzao 33,but the de-mand for S and Mg is lower.There was a significant positive correlation between the C,N and P elements in leaves at different canopy sites,in which the content of N and P elements decreased with the canopy,and the C,N and P elements were negatively correlated with S and Mg elements.The elements with lower content in the leaves have the characteristics of lower stability and stronger fluidity.
