摘要
氰基树脂废水是一种高有机物浓度、高盐废水,采用电催化氧化-多效蒸发结晶-A2/O-MBR组合工艺处理该废水。处理后水中COD质量浓度由21250 mg/L降低为152 mg/L,去除率为99.3%;BOD5质量浓度由13500 mg/L降低为200 mg/L,去除率为98.5%;TDS质量浓度由38560 mg/L降低为843 mg/L,去除率为97.8%;氨氮质量浓度由189 mg/L降低为20 mg/L,去除率为89.4%。出水水质均优于辽宁省地方标准DB 21/1627—2008《污水综合排放标准》要求的排入污水处理厂收集管网系统的水质限值。
Cyano resin wastewater is a kind of wastewater with high concentration of organic matters and high salinity.Using the combined process of electrocatalytic oxidation-multi effect evaporation crystallization-A2/O-MBR to treat the said kind of wastewater,the mass concentrations of COD,BOD5,TDS and ammonia nitrogen decreased from 21250,13500,38560 and 189 mg/L respectively to 152,200,843 and 20 mg/L respectively,the removal rates of the above pollutants were 99.3%,98.5%,97.8%and 89.4%respectively.The effluent water quality was superior to the discharge limit of the collection pipe network system of the sewage treatment plant required by DB 21/1627—2008 Integrated wastewater discharge standard of Liaoning province.
