摘要
新发展格局的提出和实践是生产力与生产关系矛盾作用的内在要求,构建新发展格局需从马克思主义政治经济学关于生产力与生产关系的基本原理出发,准确理解新发展格局的科学内涵。构建新发展格局,说明社会主义市场经济的优越性体现为既重视财富生产,又重视交换和消费的正向反馈作用,形成良性循环,丰富和发展了市场经济理论,扩展了政治经济学的涵义,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重大理论创新。构建新发展格局具有世界意义,其服务于国家战略,也为世界经济复苏增添新活力和动力,为发展中国家崛起提供中国智慧和中国方案。
The proposition and practice of the new development pattern is the inherent requirement of the contradiction between productivity and production relations.To build a new development pattern,we should start from the basic principles of Marxist political economy on productivity and production relations,and accurately understand the scientific connotation of the new development pattern.The construction of a new development pattern shows that the superiority of socialist market economy is embodied in not only attaching importance to wealth production,but also paying attention to the positive feedback of exchange and consumption,forming a virtuous circle,enriching and developing the theory of market economy,expanding the meaning of political economy,which is a major theoretical innovation of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.Building a new development pattern is of world significance.It serves the national strategy,adds new vitality and impetus to the world economic recovery,and provides China’s wisdom and China’s plan for the rise of developing countries.
