摘要
间质性肺病是原发性干燥综合征最常见的腺体外疾病,其病变主要分为非特异性间质性肺炎、普通型间质性肺炎、淋巴细胞性间质性肺炎、机化性肺炎以及肺囊性病变。近年来,肺功能、肺超声、生物标志物逐渐用于原发性干燥综合征相关间质性肺病的诊断和评估。临床治疗分为诱导治疗及维持治疗两个阶段,需根据不同病变类型个体化选择治疗方案。本文对原发性干燥综合征相关间质性肺病的研究进展进行综述,以期提高临床医师对该病的认识。
Interstitial lung disease is the most common extraglandular disease of primary Sjogren's syndrome,and its lesions are mainly divided into nonspecific interstitial pneumonia,common interstitial pneumonia,lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia,organic pneumonia and pulmonary cystic lesions.In recent years,lung function,lung ultrasound,and biomarkers have been gradually used for the diagnosis and evaluation of primary Sjogren's syndrome-related interstitial lung disease.Clinical treatment is divided into two stages,include induction therapy and maintenance therapy,and the treatment plan needs to be individually selected according to different lesion types.This article reviewed the research progress of primary Sjogren's syndrome-related interstitial lung disease in order to improve clinicians'understanding of the disease.
