摘要
目的:观察分析优质护理对肾结石术后患者康复进程及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年4月泉州市光前医院收治的肾结石患者100例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规的术后护理干预,观察组患者采用优质护理,比较2组患者的恢复进程及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者的恢复进程显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的睡眠质量也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理对肾结石患者术后的康复进展有着显著的促进效果,且对患者的睡眠质量也有明显的改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of quality nursing on the rehabilitation process and sleep quality of postoperative patients with renal calculi.Methods:A total of 100 kidney stone patients treated in Guangqian Hospital of Quanzhou from February 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.Routine postoperative nursing intervention was carried out for patients in the control group,while quality nursing was selected for patients in the observation group,and the recovery process and sleep quality of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery process of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was also better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing has a significant promoting effect on postoperative rehabilitation progress of patients with kidney stones,and has a significant improvement on the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
