摘要
为筛选适宜甘肃武威市凉州东南部祁连山区种植的品种或育种材料,本试验以14个藜麦品种(系)为材料,研究其主要农艺性状和产量表现,并对农艺性状与产量的相关性、主成分进行分析,继而进行聚类分析。结果表明,藜麦种质资源类型丰富多样;藜麦单株产量与农艺性状相关程度高低依次为:单株有效穗数、有效分枝数、穗长、主茎粗、粒径、株高、生育期、千粒重。主成分分析提取到两个主成分,累计贡献率达78.358%,其中第一主成分主要反映株高、主茎粗、穗长、生育期等指标,大部分与株型有关;第二主成分主要反映有效分枝数、单株有效穗数、千粒重、粒径、单株产量和产量,大部分与籽粒及产量有关。聚类分析结果表明,在类间距离为5时可分为三大类群,其中Ⅰ类可作为特异种质保存;Ⅱ类在实际生产中可作为依靠群体增产的藜麦种植;Ⅲ类特征为生育期较长,株高、主茎粗、有效分枝数、穗长以及单株有效穗数的值均较大,可作为高产品种(系)进一步筛选利用或作为高海拔藜麦杂交育种的优质亲本。
In order to select quinoa varieties or materials for the region of Qilian Mountains,southeast of Liangzhou,Wuwei City,Gansu Province,14 quinoa germplasm resources were used as experimental materials to analyze their performance of main agronomic characters and yield,and then the effects of agronomic characters on yield were analyzed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were rich and diverse types of quinoa germplasm resources.The correlation degree of agronomic traits with yield per plant was sequenced from higher to lower as effective branch number,effective panicle number per plant,panicle length,main stem diameter,grain size,plant height,growth period and 1000-grain weight.Two principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 78.358%.The first principal component was mainly related to plant type of quinoa such as plant height,main stem diameter,panicle length,growth period;and the second principal component was related to grain and yield such as effective branch number,effective panicle number per plant,1000-grain weight,grain size,yield per plant and total yield.When the distance between clusters was 5,the tested germplasm resources could be divided into three categories.Among them,the germplasms in the first category were suitable for preservation as special quinoa resources,while those in the second category could be used for yield increase relying on population in practical production,and those in the third category could be used as high-yield germplasms for further selection and utilization for hybrid breeding.
