摘要
当前我国已进入新经济时代,新的产业结构和职业形态亟须实用型、复合型和发展型的高技能人才。高职教育担负着培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的职责使命,在加快推进职业教育现代化的进程中,必须针对新经济时代人才需求的特点,强化高技能人才培养中的供给侧改革,创新“党建+”载体与实施模式,着力推进特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设,提升高技能人才培养质量,切实落实立德树人根本任务。
At present,China has entered a new economic era,and the new industrial structure and occupation form are in urgent need of practical,compound and developing high skilled talents.Higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility and mission of cultivating high-quality workers and technical and skilled talents.In the process of accelerating the modernization of vocational education,we must strengthen the supply side reform in the cultivation of high skilled talents according to the characteristics of talent demand in the new economic era,innovate the carrier and implementation mode of“Party building+”,and strive to promote the construction of characteristic high-level higher vocational schools and specialties,Improve the quality of high skilled personnel training,and effectively implement the fundamental task of moral education.
