摘要
目的探究对面神经炎患者实施综合康复护理的临床效果。方法选择2019年10月至2020年8月辽宁省本溪市中心医院收治80例面神经炎患者,随机分为两组,每组40例(观察组、对照组分别实施综合康复护理、常规护理干预),将两组护理前后生活质量评分、面神经改善情况以及满意度进行分析比较,记录两组患者临床症状消失时间、住院时间。结果观察组生活质量各维度评分、面神经功能改善幅度、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床症状消失时间与住院时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理应用于面神经炎患者临床中效果显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量以及面神经功能,让患者更加满意护理工作,同时还可以有效缩短患者的症状缓解时间与住院时间,对促进患者康复具有积极作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with facial neuritis.Methods From October 2019 to August 2020,80 patients with facial neuritis were admitted to Benxi Central Hospital in Liaoning Province,and they were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group(observation group and control group were implemented comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing intervention respectively).The quality of life scores,facial nerve improvement and satisfaction before and after nursing in the group were analyzed and compared,and the clinical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results The scores of the various dimensions of life quality,the improvement of facial nerve function,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical symptoms disappearing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with facial neuritis has a significant clinical effect.It can significantly improve the quality of life and facial nerve function of the patients,and make the patients more satisfied with the nursing work.At the same time,it can effectively shorten the patient's symptom relief and hospitalization time,and promote the recovery of patients.It has a positive effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
